March 4th (Saturday)
Drive to Downtown Anchorage. Attend Iditarod Ceremonial Start. Afterwards, drive to Alaska’s Heritage Lodge for A fabulous dinner and the Iditarod on Sunday!
March 5th- (Sunday)
Hearty breakfast at Alaska’s Heritage Lodge | Drive to Official Start of Iditarod Race on Willow Lake with your own vehicle. (Optional)
Lunch from local vendors at the Official start | Rubbing shoulders with visitors from all over the world on Willow Lake | Finish up the day cheering on the mushers right from our lodge on Crystal Lake
